Everything was great, magnificent location near to public transport and a quiet, residential area and the town center and multiple restaurants, wonderful experience. The staff were affable, ready to any request. The room was reasonably large and perfect with a balcony, and I slept very well. The breakfast was lovely, it included excellent croissants and cereal...

As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the variety of delicious meals served each day. The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The attention to detail in the villa's castle-style decor created a charming atmosphere. The homemade jam and fresh fruits in the room were a delightful touch. The location of the villa was convenient, with plenty of street parking available.
Felt like home, with no reason to complain.

My stay during a business trip was wonderful. The staff were friendly at all times. The room I stayed in was well kept, clean, and had a bathtub. I enjoyed the croissants and cereals served for breakfast. The location was perfect in a quiet residential area, close to main attractions and Transylvania. I had lunch/dinner at Yume Coffee Roasters, which was relatively close to the hotel.

The room we stayed in was so cozy and comfortable, with a seating area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the air conditioning in our twin room to be a bit too chilly at times. But I understand that others might appreciate a cooler temperature, so it's just my personal preference.

I wanted to visit the National Museum of Transylvanian History, and Villa-Hotel Escala was conveniently located just 900 meters away. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi throughout the property. It was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected and share my exciting Cluj-Napoca adventures with my friends and family.
Slightly far from the action.

I recently stayed at Villa-Hotel Escala in Cluj-Napoca for a business trip, as chosen by my director. There are several features that stood out to me during my stay. The fitness hall and outdoor swimming pool were a definite highlight, providing a great way to relax and stay active.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the shower gel was not refilled when it ran out, despite my 4-day stay.
